Ki’s Collection Custom Wigs

A $65 non-refundable deposit is required to book the construction of your custom wig unit. I will contact you with further information once your payment has been received. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. All wigs can be worn with or without glue. Each unit comes with a pre-plucked and adjustable straps are included.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All Wigs please allow 6-10 days to complete Standard shipping is 4-6 business days not including weekends. All orders are shipped with FedEx Company. Accepting rush orders at this time.

 

REFUND POLICY

Ki’s Collection does not offer refunds. In the event that an item must be returned without exchange.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to sanitation Reasons, all wigs and Bundles are Final Price Our custom made wigs are hand made by me . Therefore, custom wig units are final sale and cannot be returned. If any items have a defect or damage , you must contact Me within 48 hours after your order was received. Items must be returned unused and unworn. No exceptions!
